we almost went with another company then i called Aladdin because of the extent of work and the reluctance to pull a permit. Jeff from Aladdin came out on Saturday and was extremely kind. he gave us all the technical details we required as i had been comparing several solutions. the method Jeff... provided to improve airflow was the most compact and efficient. the quote was very competitive and included permit which was essential due to moving the AC location. After installation i expressed dissatisfaction with a visual aspect that wasn't an issue and wouldn't be a concern for payment but Jeff made sure it was corrected. for such extensive scope of work i am glad we had a detail oriented company.read more

Raid and Dan were out the other day to replace our 46 yr old furnace and 39yr old AC. Along with electricans Brendan and John they all did a great job. If you want to work with a company with high integrity and honesty - then work with Jeff at Aladdin. I have been hosed by other HVAC companies and Jeff took the time to explain their bills and charges to me. He is very knowledgeable and charges very fair prices. Turned on my AC this past weekend and the fan on the outside unit was not working. It’s 21 years old, so I felt like it was time to see what replacement cost would be. Jeff from Aladdin came over to give me quote for a new AC unit. During the time he was at my house I told him that I tired... turning on my AC the previous weekend and that it was not working. He stopped giving the quote and went to look at the AC unit and notice a string had wrapped itself around the shaft of the fan (he was the second sales man I had at my house that week mind you). He pulled out his tool kit, took the cage off the top of the unit, and unwrapped the string. I turned on the AC and the fan kick on right away. I do not need to replace my AC anymore! Jeff went above and behind what I had asked him to do and has earned my business for future heating/cooling needs. Outstanding companyread more
